Sublimation is the digital printing technique in which heat presses transfer dye onto blanks so that the design actually becomes part of the garment itself. Your design or artwork will be printed onto a sublimation carrier which is then heat pressed direct onto the garment or fabric product.
This form of printing is a high-quality permanent process where images, photos or text can be applied to the entire garment if desired to display colourful vibrant designs. We can print as many or as little as you need producing a ‘one off’, short run or multiples to suit customer requirements.
Sublimation printing can only be printed onto white items with a high polyester content (minimum 60%), such as t-shirts, cloth bags, umbrellas etc but any colour image can be added, which does not fade or crack on the fabric or peel from the item under normal conditions.
